All our items are handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Each item is crafted with care, which may result in slightly longer processing times, especially during busy seasons.
Custom or bulk orders may take additional time, and we’ll communicate timelines with you directly in those cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard (Domestic) 5–7 business days, price calculated at checkout
Expedited (Domestic) 2–4 business days, price calculated at checkout
International Shipping 7–21 business days, price calculated at checkout

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become available.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

5. Packaging & Sustainability
We strive to package our products in eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible to reduce our environmental impact. Each item is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives
safely.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please:
